Heckler Room Scheduler Front Mount for iPad Mini is installed on the front face of a mullion, directly over flush glass next to a meeting room or shared workspace. This creates a clear, dedicated room booking panel at the entrance. The powder coated steel enclosure provides a stable interface for daily screen tapping, while the internal compartment offers space for a PoE adapter, sold separately, so no separate power outlet is needed at the installation point.

We offer free shipping for orders over €100 to all EU countries on a standard service from the Netherlands, which takes 1–3 working days. For orders shipping elsewhere or under €100, a shipping charge will be applied. If you are in a hurry, we also offer a next day service, provided you place your order by 13:00 (CET).

Returns and Refunds

For change-of-mind returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10 business days after the returned item has been inspected.

Side mount or front mount

Room Scheduler Mount is available in two mullion-mounting versions. Side Mount places the iPad on the side/front face of the mullion and is designed for glass panels that sit back from the front edge. Front Mount places the iPad directly over the mullion and is designed for situations where the glass sits flush with the frame.

Finished from Both Sides

Room Scheduler Mount has a clean, finished appearance on both sides of the installation. This is ideal for glass-walled meeting rooms where the mount is visible from inside and outside the room. Screws and cable routing stay hidden behind the enclosure, while the powder coated steel finish blends neatly with modern architectural interiors.

Integrated PoE Adapter Compartment

A secure internal compartment provides space for a PoE adapter, sold separately, so no separate power outlet is needed at the installation point. The steel construction helps dissipate heat from the adapter and iPad, supporting reliable 24/7 operation.
