1. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to:
- All European Union (EU) member countries
- Other selected European countries, including the United Kingdom (UK)
Shipping availability may vary depending on courier coverage and local regulations.

We aim to maintain clear pricing transparency throughout the purchasing process.
- All product prices are clearly displayed on the product pages.
- Each product page clearly states whether VAT is included or excluded.
- VAT information is shown again during checkout before payment confirmation.
No hidden charges, undisclosed fees, or post-checkout price changes are applied.
3. Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are displayed clearly during checkout before payment confirmation.
Free EU Shipping: Orders with a total value of €100 (excluding VAT) or more shipped within the European Union.
Flat-Rate EU Shipping: €11.90 for orders below €100 (excluding VAT) shipped within the European Union.
European Shipping Outside the EU: Shipping charges apply to destinations outside the European Union and are calculated automatically at checkout based on destination and order value.

All orders are shipped directly from our registered business address in the Netherlands:

5. Order Cut-Off Time
- Orders placed before 3:00 PM (GMT+01:00) Central European Time (Amsterdam) on business days may qualify for same-day processing.
- Orders placed after the cut-off time, on weekends, or on Dutch public holidays are processed on the next business day.
6. Order Processing Time
- Standard order processing time is 1 business day (Monday–Friday).
- Processing includes order verification, payment confirmation, quality checks, secure packaging, and preparation for dispatch.
Processing time is separate from delivery time.
7. Delivery Time
Estimated delivery time for supported destinations within the EU and Europe is:
- 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday) after dispatch
- Total estimated delivery time: 1–4 business days (Monday–Friday)
Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by courier delays, weather conditions, customs processing, public holidays, or other factors outside our control.
8. Tracking Information
- Orders are shipped using tracked delivery services where available.
- Tracking details are typically provided via email within 24–48 hours after dispatch.
- Customers are encouraged to monitor delivery progress using the provided tracking link.
9. Packaging & Order Protection
