We offer free shipping for orders over €100 to all EU countries on a standard service from the Netherlands, which takes 1–3 working days. For orders shipping elsewhere or under €100, a shipping charge will be applied. If you are in a hurry, we also offer a next day service, provided you place your order by 13:00 (CET).

Returns and Refunds

We offer a straightforward 30-day return policy for unused and unopened items in their original packaging. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll cover the return shipping costs and arrange a refund promptly.

For change-of-mind returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10 business days after the returned item has been inspected.

Flexible Power and Connectivity

Wall Mount MX can be installed on a standard single-gang or double-gang electrical box. It supports PoE, PoE+, and UPoE adapter setups, with options for power only or power with Ethernet data. This makes it easy to choose the right configuration for each installation.

Secure, Yet Accessible

The sculpted front bezel keeps the iPad firmly in place while maintaining access to buttons, speakers, and microphones. Guided Access in iPadOS can be used to restrict on-screen and button functionality for unattended use. An integrated steel tab helps limit access to the USB-C port for a cleaner and more secure setup.
