The Bouncepad Original Elevate Slim is a height-adjustable (from 78cm to 117cm to the center of the screen) tablet floor mount with a more compact footprint, making it ideal for retail, hospitality, and event spaces where space is limited. Set up the stand in portrait or landscape orientation to suit your content and user needs.

Like all Original Range products, the lockable enclosure secures your tablet against theft and tampering while keeping cables neatly concealed for a clean and professional look. Ordering multiple units? Each order receives a specific key number, which is shared across all units for convenience and security at no extra cost.

Delivery

We offer free shipping for orders over €100 to all EU countries on a standard service from the Netherlands, which takes 1–3 working days. For orders shipping elsewhere or under €100, a shipping charge will be applied. If you are in a hurry, we also offer a next day service, provided you place your order by 13:00 (CET).

All prices on our website are VAT inclusive and are displayed on the product pages and at checkout. VAT is included on orders shipping to the Netherlands. If you are a VAT-registered business in another EU country and enter a valid VAT number at checkout, VAT will be removed from the order.

Return & Refund

We offer a straightforward 30-day return policy for unused and unopened items in their original packaging. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll cover the return shipping costs and arrange a refund promptly.

For change-of-mind returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10 business days after the returned item has been inspected.
