These Terms of Sale govern the sale of products through the website operated by Tabletpro B.V. (“we”, “us”, “our”). They apply to purchases made through our website by consumers and businesses within the European Union and selected European countries.

By placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Sale.

2. Scope & Applicability

These Terms of Sale apply to online sales conducted via the Tabletpro website and to products sold directly by Tabletpro B.V.

They do not apply to purchases made through third-party platforms or resellers unless explicitly stated.

Other policies, including our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, Returns & Cancellation Policy, and Warranty Policy, form part of these Terms of Sale.

3. Products Covered by These Terms

Tabletpro sells tablet stands, tablet mounts and holders, wall mounts, floor stands, security enclosures, tablet accessories and related hardware.

Products are intended for professional and consumer use. Product descriptions, images and specifications are provided for information purposes. Minor variations may occur.

4. Pricing, Currency & VAT

  • All prices are displayed in EUR (€)
  • VAT inclusion or exclusion is clearly indicated on product pages and at checkout
  • Shipping costs are shown before order confirmation

We reserve the right to correct obvious pricing or typographical errors before dispatch.

5. Order Process & Contract Formation

The order process consists of selecting products, adding them to the cart, entering billing and shipping details, choosing a payment method, and confirming the order.

A sales contract is formed once payment is successfully processed and the order is accepted by us.

Order confirmation emails do not guarantee acceptance if pricing errors, stock issues, payment issues or technical problems arise.

6. Payment Terms

We accept payments via secure and encrypted payment providers, including Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, UnionPay, iDEAL, Apple Pay, Shop Pay, PayPal, Google Pay, Cartes Bancaires, and bank transfer where available.

Payment is required in full at the time of order unless otherwise agreed. Orders are processed only after successful payment authorisation or confirmation.

If a payment fails or is declined, we may ask you to use an alternative payment method. Orders will not be processed until payment has been successfully authorised.

We do not store full payment card details. Checkout and payment systems use secure encrypted SSL/HTTPS connections and trusted payment providers.

7. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before they have been fulfilled by submitting a cancellation request through your customer account or by contacting us.

Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled. However, consumers may still request a return or exercise their statutory right of withdrawal where applicable.

8. Shipping & Delivery

  • Shipping destinations: European Union countries and selected European destinations, including the United Kingdom
  • Processing time: 1 business day (Monday–Friday)
  • Delivery time: 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday)
  • Total estimated delivery time: 1–4 business days (Monday–Friday)
  • Order cut-off time: 3:00 PM (GMT+01:00) Central European Time (Amsterdam)

9. Inspection Upon Delivery

Customers should inspect products promptly upon receipt.

Any issues such as damage, missing items or incorrect products should be reported as soon as possible, ideally within 48 hours of delivery.

10. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with EU consumer law, consumers have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason.

Consumers may inspect goods as they would in a physical shop. A deduction from the refund may be made where goods have been handled beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics or functioning.

Certain products may be excluded from the right of withdrawal where permitted by law, including customised or made-to-order products.

11. Returns & Refunds

  • Return window: 30 days
  • Refund processing: typically within 5 working days of receiving returned items, and up to 10 working days during busy periods
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Exchanges may be offered where appropriate
  • No restocking fees are charged

Returns should be initiated through the Customer Account using the Request Return feature, or by contacting our Customer Service Team if the order was placed offline.

12. Warranty & Conformity

All Tabletpro branded products are covered by a minimum 24-month warranty from the date of dispatch unless otherwise stated. Third-party products are covered by the manufacturer's warranty.

The warranty covers manufacturing defects and lack of conformity present at delivery.

The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, improper installation, misuse, accidental damage or unauthorised modifications.

13. Customer Obligations

Customers are responsible for providing accurate order and delivery information, using products according to instructions, ensuring compatibility with their devices, and complying with applicable laws.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages and liability is limited to the value of the purchased product.

Statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.

15. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, transport disruptions, supplier delays, courier disruption or government actions.

16. Assignment & Resale

Customers may not misrepresent the origin or branding of products supplied by Tabletpro B.V.

17. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms of Sale are governed by the laws of the Netherlands.

Disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Netherlands, without prejudice to mandatory EU consumer protection laws.

18. Amendments to These Terms of Sale

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Sale at any time. The most current version will always be published on this page.
