We ship to all European Union (EU) member countries and selected European destinations, including the United Kingdom.

- Delivery time: 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday) for most destinations
- Total estimated delivery time: 1–4 business days (Monday–Friday)
5.3 What is your order cut-off time?
Orders placed before 3:00 PM (Monday–Friday) (GMT+01:00) Central European Time (Amsterdam) may qualify for same-day processing.
5.4 How much does shipping cost?
- Free EU shipping on orders of €100 or more
- Flat-rate EU shipping of €11.90 for orders below €100
- Shipping charges apply for destinations outside the EU and are calculated automatically at checkout based on destination and order value
5.5 Will I receive a tracking number?
Yes. Tracking information is typically provided within 24–48 hours after dispatch.
6. Order Changes & Cancellation

Yes. Orders may be cancelled before they have been processed or shipped.
