Tabletpro sells tablet stands, mounts, holders, wall mounts, floor stands, security enclosures, and related accessories for professional and consumer use.

Minor variations may occur due to manufacturing or display differences
Product availability is subject to change without notice

We reserve the right to discontinue or modify products at any time.

All orders are subject to product availability.

5. Pricing & VAT

All prices are displayed in EUR (€)
VAT inclusion or exclusion is clearly stated on product pages and at checkout
Shipping costs are calculated and displayed before order confirmation

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors at any time. If an error affects your order, you will be notified before processing.

6. Order Process & Contract Formation

You select products and place them in your cart
You complete checkout and submit your order
You receive an order confirmation email
The contract is formed once the order has been accepted and processed by us

We may refuse or cancel orders where reasonably necessary, including:

Payment issues
Suspected fraudulent activity
Incorrect pricing or technical errors
Stock unavailability

7. Payment Terms

We accept secure payments via Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, UnionPay, iDEAL, Apple Pay, Shop Pay, PayPal, Google Pay, Cartes Bancaires, and bank transfer.

Payments are processed at the time of order
We do not store full payment card details
All transactions are encrypted and processed using secure PCI-DSS-compliant payment providers

Our checkout and payment systems use secure encrypted SSL/HTTPS connections.

We never request payment information via email or live chat.

8. Shipping & Delivery

We ship to EU countries and selected European destinations, including the United Kingdom
Estimated delivery time: 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday)
Order cut-off time: 3:00 PM (GMT+01:00) Central European Time (Amsterdam)
Processing time: 1 business day (Monday–Friday)

9. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumer Rights)

In accordance with EU law, consumers have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, unless an exception applies.

Conditions:

Products must be unused and returned in original condition
Certain items may be excluded for hygiene or customisation reasons

10. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

Return window: 30 days
Refund processing: Within 10 business days (Monday–Friday) following approval
Order cancellations: Orders may be cancelled before shipment. Once shipped, eligible returns may still be made in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

11. Warranty

All products are covered by a 24-month warranty in accordance with EU consumer protection laws.

The warranty covers manufacturing defects only and does not apply to misuse, unauthorised modifications, accidental damage, or normal wear and tear.
