The Bouncepad Original Elevate with Brother Printer Mount is a height-adjustable (from 79cm to 112cm to the center of the screen) tablet floor stand designed for seamless self-service. Set the height during installation for standing or seated interactions. Ideal for retail, hospitality, and logistics, it enables fast, efficient printing for ticketing, check-ins, and click-and-collect stations.

The lockable enclosure keeps your tablet secure while concealing cables for a tidy, professional setup. A solid steel base ensures stability, with optional floor-mounting holes for added security.

Delivery

We offer free shipping for orders over €100 to all EU countries on a standard service from the Netherlands, which takes 1–3 working days. For orders shipping elsewhere or under €100, a shipping charge will be applied. If you are in a hurry, we also offer a next day service, provided you place your order by 13:00 (CET).

All prices on our website are VAT inclusive and are displayed on the product pages and at checkout. VAT is included on orders shipping to the Netherlands. If you are a VAT-registered business in another EU country and enter a valid VAT number at checkout, VAT will be removed from the order.

Return & Refund

We offer a straightforward 30-day return policy for unused and unopened items in their original packaging. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll cover the return shipping costs and arrange a refund promptly.

For change-of-mind returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10 business days after the returned item has been inspected.

Compatible with the Brother QL-820-NWB, QL-820NWBc or QL-810W label printer. The printer cable is hidden. The system catches the label and enables access to the printer lid, allowing you to change the paper reel when it runs out.
