We offer free shipping for orders over €100 to all EU countries on a standard service from the Netherlands, which takes 1–3 working days. For orders shipping elsewhere or under €100, a shipping charge will be applied. If you are in a hurry, we also offer a next day service, provided you place your order by 13:00 (CET).

All prices on our website are VAT inclusive and are displayed on the product pages and at checkout. VAT is included on orders shipping to the Netherlands. If you are a VAT-registered business in another EU country and enter a valid VAT number at checkout, VAT will be removed from the order.

Returns and Refunds

We offer a straightforward 30-day return policy for unused and unopened items in their original packaging. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll cover the return shipping costs and arrange a refund promptly.

For change-of-mind returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10 business days after the returned item has been inspected.

Glass and steel design

The updated bezel design complements the edge-to-edge display of the iPad Air 13-inch and iPad Pro 12.9-inch. The powder-coated steel frame gives the stand a clean, architectural look that fits neatly into professional environments.

Cable secured at the rear

The included powder-coated steel bracket secures the USB-C cable with rear-facing hardware. This helps prevent accidental disconnection, making the stand suitable for busy retail, hospitality and service environments.

Kensington lock compatible

The stand is compatible with the Kensington NanoSaver Cable Lock, with 10 mm lock head, and the Kensington ClickSafe Cable Lock. The carbon steel cables and rotating lock heads work with the movement of the stand, while tamper-resistant key slots add extra protection. Both locks are sold separately.
