We offer free shipping for orders over €100 to all EU countries on a standard service from the Netherlands, which takes 1–3 working days. For orders shipping elsewhere or under €100, a shipping charge will be applied. If you are in a hurry, we also offer a next day service, provided you place your order by 13:00 (CET).

All prices on our website are VAT inclusive and are displayed on the product pages and at checkout. VAT is included on orders shipping to the Netherlands. If you are a VAT-registered business in another EU country and enter a valid VAT number at checkout, VAT will be removed from the order.

Returns and Refunds

We offer a straightforward 30-day return policy for unused and unopened items in their original packaging. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll cover the return shipping costs and arrange a refund promptly.

For change-of-mind returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10 business days after the returned item has been inspected.

Move it or keep it fixed

Two sets of adhesive feet are included. Felt feet allow the stand to slide smoothly across a countertop, while rubber friction feet provide extra grip for a more stationary setup. Choose the option that best fits the deployment.

Patented security

Patented tablet brackets securely hold the corners of the iPad in heavy-duty steel. Power and accessory cables can be routed through the enclosure, keeping them protected and out of sight. The built-in Kensington ClickSafe lock slot allows the stand to be secured with a compatible cable lock, sold separately.

Tamper-resistant construction
