Delivery

We offer free shipping for orders over €100 to all EU countries on a standard service from the Netherlands, which takes 1–3 working days. For orders shipping elsewhere or under €100, a shipping charge will be applied. If you are in a hurry, we also offer a next day service, provided you place your order by 13:00 (CET).

All prices on our website are VAT inclusive and are displayed on the product pages and at checkout. If you are a VAT-registered business in another EU country and enter a valid VAT number at checkout, VAT will be removed from the order.

Return & Refund

We offer a straightforward 30-day return policy for unused and unopened items in their original packaging. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll cover the return shipping costs and arrange a refund promptly.

For change-of-mind returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10 business days after the returned item has been inspected.
